This Magnesium Lotion recipe has been formulated to create a luscious thick cream that feels light on the skin.   It requires a little extra rubbing time and has been specifically formulated to have white rub.  This is so that the user takes the time to apply the cream and massage the problem areas, encouraging blood flood and thus quicker absorption.

Although it is a simple formula, you are required to have some knowledge on how to test and adjust PH levels of products. This is not covered in the document but I do give the suggested PH range. Testing and adjusting of PH levels has been covered on the "Let's formulate" tier or Patreon.

Please be sure to read ingredients correctly. The most common mistake people are making with this formula is not using a complete emulsifier and only using a part of the emulsifier I recommend.

Once purchased, you will be able to download the file immediately from your account and it will be emailed.  The document is written in both formula (percentages) and recipe (metric weight) format and has full instructions on how to create the lotion.   The document also contains information about the ingredients, any substitutes you can use as well as other tweaks so you can customise the final product.
